Acupuncture & Yin Yoga

Mary will guide a yin yoga class for the transforming energy of the wood element, a force in you and around you that wishes to reawaken, surge forth, create a new vision, and expand upward toward the growing light at this time of year.

Lindsey will offer her wisdom on traditional Chinese medicine and an acupuncture treatment while you rest in shavasana to bring harmony to the liver and gallbladder channels. This event is ideal for clearing your body and mind of any heaviness, darkness, or obstacles so that you can move with ease and grace into the spring season!
